Summon Wars brings tactical warfare and magic to Android

Summoner Wars, a popular board game for iOS, just made the leap to Android. Players command forces across a multi-lane battlefield which must advance and overtake an opponent while you, as the mage, support with spells and erecting defensive walls. Unit positioning is key, as each one has their own range, abilities, and health values.

You can play cross-platform online or locally against human opponents, or just beat up on the AI. The game itself free, but you only have access to one army starting off. In-app purchases let you play as different heroes with their own unique playstyles. You can grab all of them in a new bundle for $7.99.
