Trick your Wear OS watch to update to the new UI

The Wear OS revamped UI has been released, but not everyone has it so far. In fact, a lot of people simply aren’t seeing the new UI rolling out to their supported watches.

A reddit user by the name of /u/Directorfer found a trick that may help you out. Head to the Play Store on your watch, find the “Wear OS by Google” app, and uninstall it. Once that’s done, it’ll ask to be updated. Update it and head to the homescreen. You may see the notification to update to the new UI!

Unfortunately, this won’t work for everyone. It did not work for my Huawei Watch 2. However, many people have reported success with this trick. It’s worth a shot!
