YouTube TV comes to the Apple TV App Store

YouTube TV is a very interesting service from Google that brings TV to smartphones, tablets, and your Chromecast. The service has slowly rolled out to various third party devices, but without a set top box to take advantage of, the more devices supported the better.

Earlier today the YouTube TV app came to some Roku devices, and now the YouTube TV Twitter account announced that the app is live for the Apple TV! It’s good to see the app come to an Apple device, especially since it’s such a popular multimedia device.

With additional partners and channels and new devices being supported, YouTube TV is quickly growing into a viable television service even for people who aren’t invested into the Google ecosystem.
