Essential Phone gets another discount at Amazon

Amazon today kicked off a nice deal for us as we head into the weekend.

Amazon is now discounting the Essential Phone. The deal isn’t the best one we’ve ever seen on the Essential Phone, but it is cheaper than most other retailers as well as Essential itself.

This deal applies to the Black Moon and Pure White versions of the Essential Phone, both of which are in stock and available for two-day Amazon Prime shipping as of this post.

Essential has been working to improve the Essential Phone in the months following its release, particularly the device’s camera performance. Just yesterday Essential released a camera app update that adds features like Auto HDR and also includes a new HDR algorithm. Plus, Essential has said that an Android 8.1 Oreo update is coming soon.
