OnePlus 5 shown off early in new TV ad

A little more than a week after OnePlus teased the design of the OnePlus 5, the entirety of the upcoming Android flagship has been revealed.

A commercial that’s airing in India during the ICC Champions Trophy cricket finals has revealed the design of the OnePlus 5. We can see the dual rear camera setup that OnePlus previous teased as well as the phone’s mute switch, volume rocker, and power/lock button on the sides, plus a fingerprint reader below the display.

Based on what we’ve seen thus far, it looks like the design of the OnePlus 5 will have a few updates from the OnePlus 3T design. That includes reworked antenna lines on the back of the phone and a dual rear camera setup, the latter of which is probably going to be one of the OP5’s highlight features. We’ll have to wait and see exactly what features OnePlus has cooked up for the OP5’s dual rear cameras, but the company has teased that it’s working with DxO on the phone’s camera performance, so expect that to be a focus when OnePlus officially reveals the OnePlus 5 on June 20th.

OnePlus has also confirmed that the OnePlus 5 will be powered by a Snapdragon 835 processor. As for the rest of the spec list, all will be revealed in just a couple of days.
