YouTube Announces New Trending Tab on the Web and in Apps

Along with the announcement and release of the yearly YouTube Rewind videos, the company also announced and launched a brand new feature for the service. It's simply called the Trending tab and it shows you what videos and creators that a lot of people are watching, sharing, and talking about that day.
