Add Missing Toggles On Samsung Galaxy Note 5

XDA Senior Member mocsab has put together a small tutorial on adding toggles that may be missing from the notification shade. The method is very simple as all it requires is root and small edits to the database file present at Com.Android.Provider.Settings using any SQL app.
