Amazon holding event June 18, possibly announcing smartphone

Amazon is holding an event in Seattle on June 18, and we just might already know what will be announced. Of course, Amazon won’t say a word, but the company did release a teaser video of people reacting to the device. From their reactions, we’re getting a bit excited about it, but we’ll have to wait and see what founder Jeff Bezos has in store for us.

Looking at the way people moved their heads and described what they were holding, we assume that Amazon will be unveiling a new smartphone. There have been countless rumors of Amazon developing a smartphone, and we’ve even seen photos of it. But the movements gave it all away.

The new Amazon smartphone is rumored to have 6 cameras, many of which will be on the front of the device. These cameras will be used for some sort of motion when moving the phone or your head. How it’ll be used, we don’t know, but we assume Amazon implemented it in such a way where it’ll actually be useful.

We’re pretty excited to see what’s going to be announced. Hopefully it will be the smartphone, because we’re tired of hearing rumors about it again and again. Release it already! What do you expect to see on June 18? Tell us in the comments!
