Samsung Pay now lets you use membership and loyalty cards

Simply storing debit and credit cards for mobile payment platforms isn’t good enough for most customers, who have plenty of rewards and membership cards, too. For owners of supported Samsung Galaxy phones, Samsung has some good news.

Samsung Pay now supports membership and loyalty cards. That means you can add cards issued from a variety of sources, like retail locations, your grocery store, your gym, and other locations. You’ll be able to keep them stored within the Samsung Pay app to hopefully cut down on that clutter in your wallet.

Samsung also says that you can store your insurance card and personal identification card in the Samsung Pay app now, too. A nice way to have a backup for those important things in your life, at least.

How often do you use Samsung Pay?
