T-Mobile Un-carrier 8.0 announcement happening tomorrow

It has been quite some time since T-Mobile kicked off its “Un-carrier” initiative, and the Magenta network is now preparing for its 8.0 event.

T-Mobile’s Un-carrier 8.0 event, or “live fireside chat” as the announcement says it will be, will take place at 10:30 am ET/7:30 am PT, and it will be just the carrier’s CEO, John Legere, talking with David Pogue of Yahoo! News. What exactly the two will be talking about pertaining to Un-carrier 8.0 is still a bit of a mystery at this point. The Magenta network did just launch a $100 unlimited data plan for two people, and while that may get mentioned at the announcement, it doesn’t seem like that would be the main star of the show.
