Barnes and Noble has struggled recently with their line of Nook tablets. While their partnership with Samsung was announced a few months ago, their new tablet has been revealed and is available for purchase now.

An offshoot of the Galaxy Tab 4, The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 Nook has a screen with a 1280 x 800 Pixel Resolution, lower than that of its predecessor, the Nook HD. However it a more powerful tablet with a 1.2GHz quad-core processor. As you can guess, it is much more suitable for playing games than on previous Nooks. Two cameras, and the ability to access Google Play, Samsung and Nook Apps also make it a more versatile device. It runs Android 4.4 Kitkat and has 8GB of onboard memory, expandable using the microSD card Slot.

Available right now, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 Nook retails for $199.99 in your choice of either white or black. Right now you can get it for $179.99 with an instant $20 rebate.
