OnePlus 6T receiving OxygenOS 9.0.10, Open Beta 1
One of the best smartphones of 2018, the OnePlus 6T has been a hit since it launched. In true OnePlus fashion, the company is working hard to keep the OnePlus 6T up to date. Today, OxygenOS 9.0.10 is beginning its OTA rollout to OnePlus 6T devices. Included in this version are the latest Android security patches, improved WiFi connectivity, improved Face Unlock, and improved Nightscape mode for the camera.
In addition to the OTA rollout, OnePlus is also beginning its Open Beta program for the OnePlus 6T. Open Beta 1 includes call history for incoming calls from unknown numbers (to help you detect spam calls), a better UI for marking spam messages and calls, OnePlus Switch for migrating data from iPhones to the OnePlus 6T, and the latest security patches.
As always, remember that beta builds are not stable and carry the risk of bricking your device, so proceed with caution.
The OxygenOS 9.0.10 OTA rollout will take place slowly over the next week, so be patient if you haven’t seen it yet. Once you receive it, leave a comment down below letting us know!
