Amazon Fire HD 10 tablet is on sale for today only

Amazon is already offering deals on several of its devices, including the Echo and Fire TV families of products, but now there’s another discount worth checking out.

Amazon is now running a sale on its Fire HD 10 tablet, knocking it down to one of the lowest prices it’s ever been at. amazonThis deal is only available today, though, so you don’t have long to take advantage of it.

As a refresher, the Fire HD 10 is Amazon’s biggest tablet, packing a 10.1-inch 1920×1200 display. There’s a quad-core processor packed inside the Fire HD 10′s body along with 2GB of RAM, 32GB of built-in storage, and a microSD card slot so that you can add more storage. There’s a 2MP rear camera for quick photos and a VGA front camera for video chat, too, and Amazon says that the battery should last up to 10 hours on a single charge.

It’s also worth noting that the Fire HD 10 has dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos audio and a 3.5mm headphone jack, the latter of which is something that’s been disappearing on some phones and tablets lately. Considering its large screen, dual speakers, and 3.5mm headphone jack, the Fire HD 10 could be nice as a portable media consumption device.
