Essential Phone in Halo Gray includes Amazon Alexa built in
Essential is one of the Android manufacturers out there that opts to offer a stock experience, which means Google Assistant is baked in right out of the box. But if you prefer Amazon’s Alexa assistant, then Essential has an option for you now, too.
Today Essential announced that it is launching a “Halo Gray” color variant of the Essential Phone that will feature Amazon’s Alexa built-in. The company also confirmed that the handset is available to pre-order from Amazon (I know, you’re shocked) beginning today.
It is priced at $449.99 and is also a cheaper than the Spring Collection of three new colors Essential just announced, which is an interesting move to say the least.
In case three new Essential Phone colors weren’t enough, today we’re unveiling Halo Gray, the first Essential Phone to come with Alexa built-in. Halo Gray is available for pre-order exclusively from Amazon starting today. https://t.co/hkwkBKGypr pic.twitter.com/lDad2xngBq
