HTC U11 EYEs features 6-inch display, Snapdragon 652, and more
HTC is going to start 2018 with a mid-range device, if a new rumor is any indicator of what’s coming down the pipe.
Revealed today by Evan Blass (@evleaks) on Twitter, the HTC-branded U11 EYEs (codenamed Harmony) is set to debut on Monday, January 15. We will see a smartphone with a 6-inch FHD+ (1080×2160) display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor under the hood, and 4GB of RAM. The U11 EYEs will also have 64GB of built-in storage, a microSD card slot for expandable storage, a USB-C charging port, and a 3930mAh battery.

Meanwhile, the upcoming handset will allegedly also boast an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance, HTC’s Edge Sense (which will let you squeeze the phone to control some elements), and Android Nougat on board. When it launches, HTC will make the U11 EYEs available in red, black, and blue.
It will cost ¥3299 (about $510), according to the leaked information. Unfortunately, no word on the camera systems in the phone, or if HTC plans on launching the handset outside of China.
What do you think of the U11 EYEs name? How about those specs?
