Specs leak for HTC U11 Life, destined for Android One program

The HTC U11 Life is an upcoming device made for the Android One program. Android One is a line of cheaper smartphones with pure stock Android and an attractive price. And now we have the leaked specs for the HTC U11 Life.

The device will feature a 5.2-inch 1080p display, a Snapdragon 630, a choice of 3GB RAM and 32GB of storage or 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, front and rear 16MP cameras, a 2,600mAh battery, an IP67 water resistance rating, and Android Oreo.

Most budget devices aren’t water resistant (hell, some flagships aren’t!), so the addition of an IP67 rating is a great touch. HTC is also including Edge Sense for squeezing the device and USonic audio.

Despite the small battery, this could end up being a solid budget device. Let’s hope HTC prices it accordingly.
