Amazon offering discounted Fire HD 8 bundle today only

Amazon has been offering some nice deals on its own hardware recently, and today the streak of special offers continues.

Amazon is now selling a Fire HD 8 Protection Bundle for $74.97, which is $5 less than the Fire HD 8 on its own. The Fire HD 8 Protection Bundle includes the 16GB Fire HD 8 tablet itself, an Amazon Cover, and a one-year Protection Plan.

This deal is only available today, July 7th, and it’s only available to Amazon Prime members. If you’re not a Prime subscriber, you can get a free 30-day trial here.

The Fire HD 8 is Amazon’s newest Android tablet. It boasts an 8-inch 1280×800 display, microSD slot, front and rear cameras, and a quad-core processor. Also included is Android running below Amazon’s Fire OS with Alexa assistant support.
