Sony Plans India-only Entry Level Smartphones

Sony India may create an exception on Sony’s global stance on entry level devices. Managing Director Kenichiro Hibi acknowledged the growth rate of the Indian smartphone market segment, adding that Sony may add a sub-Rs 10,000 device to survive in the Indian market.
