Motorola is giving a free Moto E (2nd Gen.) with purchase of a Moto X Pure Edition

The Moto E (2nd Gen.) is a pretty solid device with a cheap price tag, and for anyone that prefers to run a flagship smartphone as their daily driver, could possibly work as a backup device if nothing else. Or, if you get one for free, an easy gift for another family member.

Motorola’s got a new promotion running now, and it’s only available until March 24. With it, the purchase of a Moto X Pure Edition will bring along a new Moto E (2nd Gen.) with it, which Motorola says is a $119.99 value. To get the free device, you’ll need to pick up an off-contract Moto X Pure Edition, which comes with 64GB of built-in storage. There are no carrier options, though, and it does need to be without a contract, which means you’ll have to fork over $599.

Just customize your Moto X Pure Edition, then add it to the cart. Once that’s done, you’ll have to scroll down to find the Moto E (2nd Gen.), either in its black or white variants, and then add it to your cart. It shouldn’t add anything to your total, so just checkout as usual and you should be good to go.

The deal is only for the United States, and it ends at 10:59AM CT on March 24.
