Xiaomi gets a short reprieve in India, court grants permission to sell Qualcomm-based phones

After an injunction from earlier this month banned Xiaomi from selling, advertising and importing handsets in India, the vendor has now received permission from the Delhi High Court to continue selling devices running Qualcomm's chipsets in the country until January 8.
