The first thing to do when you get your Moto 360: Charge it

An out-of-the-box update needs a charged battery

With Moto 360s starting to arrive on doorsteps, we wanted to take a minute and let you know what to expect when you tear the box open.

Your 360 will need to install a firmware update right out of the box, and chances are that it won't have enough charge to do so. While you're installing the Android Wear app and booting things up, be sure to have the charging stand set up and ready. Once paired with your phone, the update will start to download and it needs at least 50-percent on the battery to install. Just plop the 360 in the charger and give it a half an hour or so, and you'll be good to go.
