Registration opens for Samsung Developer Conference 2014

Generation registration runs $499

Registration for this year's Samsung Developer Conference — Nov. 11-13 at Moscone West in San Francisco — is now open. Samsung has begun sending emails to that effect this evening. Generation registration costs $499 — a fact you inexplicably don't see until after you've filled in the first of of the five-step registration process (nor was it in the initial email we received) — and we saw no student or early bird discounts listed.

That said, this year's conference looks to one-up last year's sold-out inaugural event with a larger venue — Moscone West plays host to the likes of Google I/O and Apple's Worldwide Developer Conference — and even more for developers.
