Samsung Galaxy Note 4 again rumored to pack 5.7-inch 2560×1440 screen

Because of their massive displays, one of the most widely-discussed aspects of Samsung’s Galaxy Note smartphones are their screens. That’s why it should come as no surprise that the rumor mill is busy trying to find out what kind of display the Galaxy Note 4 will sport.

Today two new leaks have added support to previous rumors that’ve claimed to have information on the Note 4’s screen. First up, a user agent profile (UAProf) for the SM-N910A has been found on Samsung’s website. The SM-N910A, which is expected to be the AT&T flavor of the Note 4, is listed as sporting a 2560×1440 display resolution.

Moving on to screen size, Indian import tracking site Zauba has its own entry for the SM-N910A. The site lists the N910A as packing a 5.7-inch display.

Samsung has increased the screen size of its Galaxy Note smartphones, moving from 5.3 inches on the original Galaxy Note to 5.5 on the Note II and 5.7 on the Note 3. It looks like that trend might come to an end with the Note 4, which isn’t a total shock since going even larger would put the Note 4 in Galaxy Mega territory. The good news is that it appears that Samsung won’t simply be reusing the Note 3’s display in the Note 4, opting instead to bump up its screen resolution to a super high-res 2560×1440.
