‘Moto X+1 for AT&T’ placeholder page appears on Motorola’s website
Remember earlier this month when the name “Moto X+1” appeared on Motorola’s own website? Apparently the company didn’t do a thorough job of deleting all references of the device, because the name as once again been discovered on Motorola’s site.
As you can see above, Motorola’s website has a page that references the “Moto X+1 for AT&T.” Unfortunately, the image that accompanies this page is the plain ol’ Moto X that many of us have in our pockets right now.
AT&T isn’t the only carrier that’s referenced on these Moto X+1 pages, either, as Droid-Life claims to have viewed cached pages for Sprint and Verizon models as well. Additionally, the site says that it’s spotted mentions of black, blue, grey, and red leather custom back options, just like a previous rumor suggested.
While we still don’t know exactly what the Moto X+1 looks like or what kind of specs it’ll have, the pieces of the Moto X+1 puzzle are slowly coming together. That doesn’t come as much of a shock since Motorola has previously said that the follow-up to the Moto X will come in the late summer. Don’t be surprised if the leaks and rumors to ramp up as we get closer to that date, just as has happened during the lead up of most other flagship smartphone launches.
What kind of features do you hope to see included with the Moto X+1?
