Google Play Music makes its way to Canada

Canadian music lovers, Google’s got some news for you that’s sure to cure that case of the Mondays.

The company announced today that Google Play Music is now available in Canada, complete with a catalog of music that includes more than 20 million tracks. The Canadian version of Play Music includes all of the goodies that U.S. music fans have been enjoying for some time, such as free online storage for 20,000 songs and the All Access streaming service.

To celebrate the arrival of Play Music in Canada, Google has a couple of offers for consumers. Anyone that signs up for All Access before June 30 will receive a special monthly price of $7.99, a savings of $2 per month compared to the regular $9.99 monthly rate. Consumers that enroll in All Access will also get their first 30 days for free. Google’s also got a special one-day only offer that will give you a 60-day trial of the service.

Google may have taken its sweet time to bring Play Music to Canada, but hey, the good news is that it’s finally here. And if you’re on the hunt for a new streaming service to bring into your life, the special $7.99 per mont rate for All Access is a pretty sweet deal.
