Motorola ‘Moto X+1′ branding shown off in leaked image

We haven’t heard much about the new Moto X except that it’s coming in “late summer,” but today a leaked image may have revealed the name of Motorola’s next flagship device.

Prolific leakster @evleaks has posted an image that shows the branding for something called the “Moto X+1.” The Tweet adds that the mysterious device is “coming soon,” but that’s about all of the information about the Moto X+1 that we’ve got so far.

So just what is the Moto X+1? That’s a mystery for now, but the name suggests that it’s a new version of the Moto X that launched last year. Whether this is a codename or final moniker remains to be seen, but it’s definitely an interesting choice that utilizes the Moto X brand while also seemingly taking a page from Internet culture and adding a “+1” to denote its newness.
