LTE uploads and latency results should be more stable

We know the Speedtest.net app is hugely popular for testing (and bragging alike) network connections on your phone and tablet, and the latest update will improve the reliability of those results. Version 3.1.1 brings a fix for a common upload test failure when running the app over LTE, and improves the accuracy of latency testing by telling the test server to not compress the response back to the phone.

A single test from a single app still shouldn't be trusted as a perfect representation of your network speeds, but any increase in accuracy of one-time on-demand tests is appreciated. Grab the latest version from the Play Store at the link above.
