Google adds live TV listings to search results

Google aims to provide as much information as possible to you before showing you related links. Cards in search results give you info on cars, diseases, weather, and a lot of other useful topics. Google is adding another to the list, so now search results will display live TV listings.

If you search for a show, you’ll get info on when it’s playing and on which channel it’ll be on. With Google Search always a tap away on your phone, this makes it the easiest way to find out when your favorite show is starting. It’ll also tell you what apps and services can be used to watch the show.
