Pokemon TV updated with support for Google's Chromecast

The Pokemon Company has pushed out an update for their Pokemon TV app on Android. The update brings one singular change to the app, albeit a pretty big one. The Pokemon TV application now supports Google's Chromecast.

For those of you not familiar with what Pokemon TV is, basically it is an application that lets users watch all things related to animated Pokemon goodness. In other words, you will be able to watch all the Pokemon episodes from all of the Pokemon TV shows that have been released by The Pokemon company for this application, which is a lot. The app also features upcoming trailers for future Pokemon movie events and special features.

The update now lets you watch all of that on your big screen using Chromecast. All that is required is your TV being Google Cast compatible, whether that be with a Chromcast USB unit or through another method that allows streaming to your TV through Google Cast.
