S Health, one of the few remaining Samsung apps on the Galaxy S6 is a beautiful and well executed fitness tracker, and thanks to a port of the app that surfaced on the forums, rooted Galaxy Note 4 users can enjoy the app as well by dropping the APK in the system folder and changing its permissions.
