Google: Nexus 6 will be restocked in Play store each Wednesday

Remember that time when the Motorola Nexus 6 was made available for pre-order in the Google Play store, only to sell out a minute or two later? Yeah, us too. Thankfully, Google has given us a heads-up on when more stock will be available.

Google today posted an update on the Nexus 6’s product page in the Google Play store to say that it’s working to get more stock in and that it will try to get more units available “each Wednesday.” The company also notes that the N6 will be available in AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and U.S. Cellular stores later in November. Google’s full statement:

“We are getting more Nexus 6 devices in stock as soon as possible. To make things simpler for you, we will work to make more devices available each Wednesday and encourage you to visit the site then.

The Nexus 6 will also be available in AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and U.S. Cellular stores later in November. Please check with your local carrier store for more information.”

There’s always a lot of excitement around new Nexus hardware, and the Nexus 6 is no different. That’s why it was so disappointing when so many of us had trouble buying a unit last week. Good on Google for not only giving us an update on the matter, but also telling us when we’ll see more stock arrive.

So now that we know when more Nexus 6 stock is coming, who’s buying?
