Implement Split View in Your LG G2 KitKat Rom with Automated Installer

Some of you may have remembered a story on the Portal a few weeks back about a great tutorial on implementing the Split View feature into your own LG G2 KitKat ROM. Although welcomed by the LG G2 community, it wasn’t a very efficient solution as it required a ROM to be modified accordingly every time you have a fresh ROM installed, and it could only be undertaken by those who know their way around smali and baksmali editing.

XDA Forum Member GrAndAG has developed an automated installer of said mod that may provide an alternative method for those who may not be able to complete the tutorial. Based on the aforementioned tutorial and mod, the installer comes in the form of an APK, which once installed and running, automatically implements the Split View mod into your ROM. Because the installer handles the entire process–including the disassembling, patching, assembling, installing, and the odexing–all you need to do is press the ‘Create MOD’ button and wait for about 15 minutes or so for the installer to work its magic.
