Puzzle & Dragons plus Evangelion equals a new cross-over event for GungHo's popular game

We've had Batman, Angry Birds and even Hello Kitty as cross-over events with GungHo Entertainment's popular Puzzle & Dragons game. The newest one is a cross-over with Evangelion the anime, since there's no official Evangelion game for Android, at least not yet.

So what is all apart of this cross-over event? Well it doesn't stray too far from the format of previous ones. Based off of the Rebuild of Evangelion series, this cross-over will have players making their way through a special Evangelion-themed dungeon where they will face off against the mysterious Angels.

Players will also be able to collect a rare egg in the game shaped as an EVA-01. There will also be special egg drops featuring characters from the anime series including Shinji, Rei, Asuka, Mari and Kaworu, depicted with the EVA units they pilot, along with a depiction of Misato with the AAA Wunder flying battleship. New Awoken Skills are also added to the game for this event.

For those of you interested in this event, it will begin on February 24th, 2014. All we have this time is some sample artwork to show off.
