HTC M8 stops by the FCC for approval before March launch

With less than five weeks to go before the All New HTC One (aka the HTC M8) is unveiled to the world on March 25, the has been certified for use in North America by the FCC. The HTC M8′s certification documentation show the phone will sport AT&T LTE comparability with bands 2, 4, 5, 7 and 17 thrown into the mix as well. Other features listed include NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, and dual-band 802.11ac WiFi. We’re expecting the 2014 HTC One to launch on Verizon, Sprint, AT&T and T-Mobile in addition to a few other regional carriers, so don’t be surprised if a few more FCC entries show up over the coming weeks.

There’s been a bit of HTC M8 news overload over the past few days, but we suspect things will stay this way until the handset is launched and the first rounds of reviews go up.
