Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo gets official in Poland

Android Central

A Note 3, but not quite as we know it

We already know this one isn't coming to the UK at least at this point, but Samsung has quietly announced the Galaxy Note 3 Neo over in Poland. To look at, it's virtually identical to the regular Galaxy Note 3 we know and love, but the display has been shrunk ever so slightly. The Neo has a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display, down from 5.7-inches on the regular Note 3, and the resolution is also down at 1280x720.

What's inside depends on whether or not you're looking at the Note 3 Neo 3G or the Note 3 Neo LTE+ version. The 3G only variant boasts a 1.6GHz quad-core CPU, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of on-board storage with a microSD card slot, 8MP camera round the back and a 2MP shooter up front. The battery hasn't been slimmed down too much from the original Note 3 either, coming in at 3100mAh.

The LTE+ version will come with a hexa-core CPU made up of two 1.7GHz A15 cores and four 1.3GHz A7 cores. Everything else remains the same as the Neo 3G, and both ship with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. Availability is slated for February, and the Note 3 Neo will be available 'worldwide' in black, white and green. Samsung didn't leave us with any word on pricing at this point.
