The Inventionist Launches Kickstarter Fundraiser for “Insectobot Tactics: A Strategic Multiplayer Game.”
Insectobot Tactics is a simple multiplayer strategy game where players choose their insectobots,
place them on the map, and battle to be the last one standing.

The game involves two players, each with their own board.  Using a team of robotic insects, each player attempts to eliminate the opposing player's bugs by launching attacks on the enemy grid.
At the start of every game, both players will select a specific number of insectobots based on the size of the game. Every insectobot has 4 attributes to consider while deciding on the roster:


• Movement: Determines the cost of moving the insectobot during the turn.
• Attack: The attack type, the cost of using the attack, and the size of the attack.
• Visibility: Determines the amount of information shown to the enemy when the insectobot attacks.
• Size: The number of hits that the insectobot can take before being destroyed, and how many squares it takes up on the map.

The Inventionist’s goal is to work on this app full-time, but they need funding help to make that possible. Donations will go toward the purchase of new equipment (so that they can produce a higher-quality app, and produce it more quickly) and will help them release this app on the Android and Apple markets as well as a website-playable (at http://insectobots.com) and desktop-playable (.exe) version.  If they reach their funding goal, they will be able to release this app before the New Year.
