Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium now available for pre-order, comes with free wireless headphones

Right on schedule, Sony’s Xperia XZ2 Premium is now available for pre-order.

The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium can be pre-ordered from Amazon ahead of its July 30th launch. Each pre-order comes with a pair of Sony’s Xperia Ear Duo wireless headphones.

When it comes to specs, one of the highlights of the Xperia XZ2 Premium is its display. It’s a 5.8-inch 3840×2160 HDR display, giving you a 4K screen to enjoy all your content on the go. The XZ2 Premium is also packing a dual rear camera setup with a 19MP color sensor and a 12MP monochrome sensor as well as an ISO of 51,200 to aid in super low light performance.

Sony has equipped the Xperia XZ2 Premium with a Snapdragon 845 processor and paired it with 6GB of RAM. There’s 64GB of storage included, but if that’s not enough, you can pop in a microSD card. Rounding things out is a 13MP wide angle front-facing camera, USB-C, a 3540mAh battery, and Android 8.0. One feature that’s missing, though, is a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Xperia XZ2 Premium is a pricey device, but at least it’s got some high-end specs to back that price up, including one of the highest resolution smartphone screens on the market.
