The new Hearthstone Tavern Brawl begins today and its all about the gift of giving

Hearthstone's Tavern Brawls have so far been pretty fun. Actually the majority of them have actually been quite enjoyable. Today a new Tavern Brawl has begun and this particular one is all about the gift of giving this holiday season. Players can expect a visit from Greatfather Winter who will be dropping presents in Stormwind.

What this actually means is that players will see presents showing up during a Tavern Brawl match on your opponents side which you can smash open. Doing so will reward you with a 1-mana that 'Discovers' (a.k.a uses the Discover effect) a card of your opponent's class. Each time you smash open a present, you'll get a reward. While you can do this on your opponent's side, you can be real greedy and smash your own presents as well. When you do this, you'll Discover a card for your class instead.

The prize for winning a match in this Tavern Brawl is a limited-edition Winter Veil Wreath card back for your decks, animated with pretty lights and all no less. This Tavern Brawl has begun today and run until next week, when a new one starts on next Wednesday.
