Screen Off Memo App (Note 5 feature) for the Galaxy Note 3

XDA Recognized Developer xperiacle has developed an app for the Note 3 mimicking the screen off memo apps for the Note 5. Since the developer does not have access to a Note 5, the app may not work exactly the same, but users have been reporting great success with the app working as advertised.
