Upcoming MMORPG Order & Chaos 2: Redemption will have a new playable race and class

Between now and the upcoming release of Gameloft's sequel to their popular MMORPG Order & Chaos, the company will be revealing some of the new features coming with Order & Chaos 2: Redemption. Today Gameloft has revealed a new race as well as a new class that will be making their first appearance in this new game.

The new playable race is called the Kratan which, if you're not familiar with the Order & Chaos world, is a race of reptilian humanoid creatures. The have a strong presence and even strong constitution than Orcs. Since they are covered in touch scales, Kratan's have a natural defense to conventional weapons as well as a natural resistance to acids and magical effects.

Following the new race announcement is the addition of a new class called the Blood Knight. This particular class can be specced in two ways, either as a tank or as melee DPS. So if you prefer tanking big bosses, you can spec your Blood Knight in this way. You can also spec them to deal a lot of melee-based damage instead of being a tank. Unlike other classes, Blood Knights sacrifice hit points to use their skills. They also have a special combat resource called "Demon Blessings". Depending on what skills the Demon Knight uses at any particular time, they will either gain these Demon Blessing or consume them. When consumed they can cause damage or other special effects to enemies.

Order & Chaos II: Redemption is slated for release sometime in September 2015, although no specific release date has been announced. When more details are released, we will post an update. Pre-registration is available for those of you who want to get informed the moment this game becomes available as well as getting rewards once it launches.
