Microsoft Drops Lawsuit Against Kyocera

Earlier this year, a patent infringement lawsuit between Kyocera and Microsoft was brought before the US District Court, and in a unexpected move today, the lawsuit between the two companies was resolved as they went on to sign a patent cross-licensing agreement for a broader range of each other’s technology.
