Samsung’s cutting-edge 14nm FinFET process technology is hitting mass production, enabling 20% faster speed, 35% less power consumption and 30% productivity gain. The technology is set to be adopted by their Exynos 7 Octa processor – finally putting an end to all the rumors – so we might see it very soon.
