Samsung Mass Producing First ePoP Memory Package

Each day marks another step that mobile devices draw closer to the capabilities of desktop PCs and today, Samsung marked a giant leap as it began mass producing the industry’s first embedded package on package (ePoP) memory, that contains 3GB RAM and 32GB eMMC for use in high end smartphones.
