One Plus Confirm CM12S and OxgenOS Delay

Carl Pei, co-founder of OnePlus, has confirmed that updates to CM12s and OxygenOS have been delayed until March. The reason for the delay was stated to be: Proprietary drivers, code, QA and certifications that need to be altered from the alpha previously released.
