Virgin Mobile monthly plans get updated, including $20 a month Wi-Fi only plan

Virgin Mobile has some updates on its current monthly plans for its no-contract smartphones, such as the Samsung Galaxy S5, including a new $20 plan that offers 300 minutes and unlimited text if the phone only connects to Wi-Fi sources to get its data.
