US Cellular taking pre-orders for Samsung Galaxy Note 4 for Oct. 17 launch

US Cellular, the fifth biggest wireless carrier in the country, is joining its four bigger rivals in accepting pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, for shipments planned to begin on October 17.
