Rumor: Nexus 6 and 9 to be revealed tomorrow, on sale November 3

The wait for a new Nexus device may finally be at an end. According to a well placed source, Forbes is reporting that Google will unveil the HTC Nexus 9 alongside the Motorola Nexus 6 tomorrow in a blog post with a pre-order date of Friday, October 17, and a purchase date of November 3.

October 15 or 16 has been rumored in the past as a potential release date for the new Nexus devices, so Forbes‘ predictions could be right on the money. Aside from a reveal and sale date, Forbes is also saying the Nexus 9 will come with an, “8.9-inch 2048×1440 display, weigh 480 grams, have a 64-bit dual-core processor, an Nvidia Kepler GPU and a 8MP rear-facing camera and 3MP front-facing camera.” The Nexus 9 will also come with front-facing Boomsound speakers and a brushed aluminum frame.

As for a price on the Nexus 9, if this rumor pans out expect to see the device launch at $399 with 16GB of expandable storage, or $499 with 32GB of expandable storage with access to LTE.
