ASUS PadFone X mini is a 4.5-inch phone that docks into a 7-inch tablet
After launching on AT&T earlier this year, it appears that the ASUS PadFone X has decided to bring its little sibling onto big blue as well.
The ASUS PadFone X mini will launch on AT&T GoPhone, the carrier’s prepaid service, on October 24 for $199.99 without a contract. In exchange for your hard-earned dollar dollar bills, you’ll get two devices with the following features:
Phone
- 4.5-inch 854×480 display
- 1.6GHz Intel Atom Z2560 processor, XMM 7160 LTE modem
- 5-megapixel rear, 2-megapixel front cameras
- 8GB of storage
- microSD card slot
- 1GB of RAM
- 2060mAh battery
- 4G LTE connectivity
- Android 4.4 KitKat
- ASUS ZenUI
Tablet
- 7-inch 1280×800 display
- 1-megapixel front camera
- 2200mAh battery
While neither the PadFone X mini nor the PadFone X mini tablet will blow your hair back with their specs, getting both devices for $200 without a commitment seems like a pretty nice deal. Are you thinking about picking up the ASUS PadFone X mini when it arrives later this month?
