The HTC One E8 brings plastic to a mostly familiar experience

If you've been longing for a polycarbonate version of the HTC One M8, minus the Ultrapixel camera, today's your lucky day. If you're in Asia. Or Russia.

The HTC One E8 is now official. It brings a 5-inch, 1080p display and a Snapdragon 801 processor in a plastic body, swaps the "UltraPixel" camera for a traditional 13MP shooter and is "designed to attract the fashion pack."

It still has HTC's excellent BoomSound speakers and is running Android 4.4.2 with Sense 6. The biggest difference between this and the M8? Plastic, and the camera.
