[APK Compendium] More Google Updates: Docs Again, Hangouts, and Play Services for All Device Resolutions

Earlier today, we talked about how Google’s first party application updates have seemingly been a bit wonky in the last two weeks. Rather than the usual “Google Update Wednesday” we’ve now grown accustomed to, we saw updates that appeared seemingly randomly. What’s more, we even saw successive incremental updates to key applications being released nearly successively.

Last Thursday, it was Google Play Music. The following day, it was Google Drive. The following Tuesday, we were given Google Maps 8. On Wednesday of this week, we saw updates to Google Camera, Play Services, Wallet, Search, YouTube, Docs, Sheets, Cloud Print, and Drive. And then earlier today, we saw even more updates to Google Now Launcher, Play Services, Drive, Docs, and Camera.

Now, we’re rounding off this week with two new updates to important Google applications, as well as additional versions of Google Play Services for different display densities. First off, we have Google Hangouts, which is up to version 2.1.100 (1151589-30), and Google Docs 1.3.144.15, which is up from 1.3.114.14. Both of these upgrades are incredibly minor in both version and functionality differences (read: we don’t see any), so they’re most likely just minor bugfixes. And earlier today, we started sharing Google Play Services 4.4.49 for a couple of display densities. Now, we’ve got the whole set for your sideloading pleasure.
